Many things to mention - cozy rooms, efficient staff, good food. Everything was amazing as expected, yet the bathroom was a little cramped. The location was unbeatable, at a near distance from a long-standing department store.

Actually everything was spotless, my next choice again in New York. I liked accommodating staff and modern interior. The staff did all they can for a fairly nice stay. The bed was extra comfy and the room was functional. Welcoming service offered too. The roof top bar was small.

Everything was well maintained as always. Our stay here was TRULY MEMORABLE, incredible base for exploring New York. Easy access to the bus stop, 5 minutes' walk. Really lovely bed, wonderful bathroom and balcony and terrace in the room.
